- Prohibited Use: You may not copy, scan, reproduce, resell, or use any artwork from this website for commercial purposes without explicit, written permission from Heart Tree Studios.
2. Product Information and Variations
- Original Fine Art: Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind items. Due to digital screen differences, actual paint colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your monitor or mobile device.
- Graphic Tees & Apparel: Our apparel items are custom-printed on demand using third-party fulfillment services (Printful). Minor variations in print placement and color intensity are a normal part of the direct-to-garment printing process.
3. Purchases and Guest Checkout
- No Account Required: We utilize a guest checkout system. You do not need to create an account to make a purchase.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all transactions.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if fraud is suspected or if an original artwork is unexpectedly unavailable). If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
