Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Heart Tree Studios. Because our studio offers a unique mix of one-of-a-kind original fine art and custom, made-to-order apparel, our shipping and return policies vary by product type. Please review the details below.

• • Shipping & Logistics: Original artwork is professionally packaged and shipped directly from our studio. All original paintings are shipped fully insured, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the rare and delicate nature of original fine art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for original paintings.
  • Shipping Damage Protection: In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, it is fully insured. To file an insurance claim and receive a resolution, you must contact us at brian.theresa@hearttreestudios.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic proof of both the damaged packaging and the damage to the artwork itself.

• • Production & Shipping Times: Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and fulfillment before your item ships. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
  • Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse: Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or a change of mind. We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Please review these carefully before ordering.
  • Damaged or Misprinted Apparel: If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error, Printful covers the cost of a replacement. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement shirt for you at no extra charge.
