Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Heart Tree Studios. Because our studio offers a unique mix of one-of-a-kind original fine art and custom, made-to-order apparel, our shipping and return policies vary by product type. Please review the details below.
1. Original Fine Art
Every original painting is unique and handled with the utmost care.
- Shipping & Logistics: Original artwork is professionally packaged and shipped directly from our studio. All original paintings are shipped fully insured, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the rare and delicate nature of original fine art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for original paintings.
- Shipping Damage Protection: In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, it is fully insured. To file an insurance claim and receive a resolution, you must contact us at brian.theresa@hearttreestudios.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic proof of both the damaged packaging and the damage to the artwork itself.
2. Graphic Tees & Apparel (Print-on-Demand)
Our apparel items are printed custom for you at the time of purchase through our production partner, Printful.
- Production & Shipping Times: Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and fulfillment before your item ships. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
- Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse: Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or a change of mind. We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Please review these carefully before ordering.
- Damaged or Misprinted Apparel: If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error, Printful covers the cost of a replacement. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement shirt for you at no extra charge.
