A Multi-Disciplinary Approach
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a treatment approach that works to assist a client to move through the stages of change and to resolve unconscious ambivalence.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is designed to help a client to connect their feelings to patterns of thinking and behavior. CBT utilizes homework and real-world exercises that teach a client to learn and master new, more adaptive patterns of behavior.
Transactional Analysis (TA) looks are unhelpful roles and family dynamics that can trap a client on the Drama-Victim Triangle.
Auto Process Therapy (APT) which is an original therapeutic application of Buddhist psychology. The Auto Process Therapy approach recognizes that at our core, human beings desire to connect, protect, and express themselves in relation to other people.
