A CLASS FOR WOMEN
Please consider this or share with women you know who are looking for techniques to help them feel safe. Our class focuses on what we can do to feel safe, even before you get into a situation where you need self defense. Using mental Aikido principles we take discussion topics and use basic physical movements to incorporate the principles into our bodies.
