Vision Crafting is a one of a kind skill building class in the practical application of mindfulness. We combine Mindfulness in Motion Easeful Movement and Art of Envisioning for the purpose of recognizing and clarifying what it is that we would like to create and have more of in our lives right now, next week and next year. We craft a physical representation of one or more of those aspirations. And we reflect upon the ‘feeling’ of its vibrational essence applying mindfulness to the activity of allowing our attention and vitality to draw us into the living of our aspirations.
Easeful Movement is paired moving meditation. We get in the flow, prime the pump, shake it up, learn and practice natural forms and enjoy a calm state of recognition and understanding. You will feel an increase of overall awareness, mental stability, emotional confidence and appreciation.

Marriage and Family Therapy
Individual and Group
By appointment only
Marriage and Family therapy looks at patterns of thinking, communication, and behaving that can derail otherwise good relationships and family interactions. The family unit is a system of interacting individuals that has a mind of its own. If there is a problem it is in the family unit rather than in the individual family members.
